Wow! Where shall I start? It really takes alot for an urban writer to get and keep my attention. If you have never read any of her books...you are missing alotI knew Jade Jones was a beast with a pen after I read her Flawless Series, Cameron Series, Ghetto Pocahontas and several other books she has written. But after reading Wife Of a Misfit, I was just utterly speechless.
The story line kept you connected to the Cameron series but took on a life of it's own. Far from the same old urban stories of drugs and overrrated sex that we are so accustomed too this was definetly a page turner.
This book can be read lone but reading it after the Cameron series adds to it.
A truly captivating, intense nailbiting story that keeps your mind wanting more. I don't know.how in the world Ms. Jones can top this one...but I'm ready.

Like all of Jade's books, I read this in a night because I couldn't put it down. I've read the entire Cameron series twice and it so nice to see these characters grow. This book was suspenseful, dramatic, and even creepy at times. I loved it and can't wait for part two!!
Nothing but the best !!! The beginning was a little slow, but as this story progressed it became more and more exciting. Jade Jones is such an unpredictable writer and I LOVE that.I stayed on the egde of my seat as I read it. It has all the things needed to make a book a Great read.
Juicy can’t catch a break, regardless of her past mistakes she don’t deserve the hand she’s been dealt. Roxie is another sad story. Needless to say I’m all in moving on to book number two of this series before I can go back and read Cameron 8.
So when I first downloaded this book I was at work. I could not stop reading it's so intense. I love how Diana and Soul reunite after her jail time. Then that damn Kwon and his profession. WOW! I thought Roxie and Rain were next for sure. I read this book in less than two days so I could be active for the Facebook discussion. I love reading and the fact I found another author to read besides Eric Jerome Dickey has really blown my mind. Ready to download part 2 now. Great read. You won't be disappointed!
First off, I have to say that I was sad that the Cameron series (one of my favorite of all times) came to an end, although I knew it had to one day.
This book was amazing! I love that we weren't left hanging to see what happened to Diana and Roxie at the end of Cameron 7.
Once I started reading this I did not put it down. Literally finished the book in one day! That's when you know the book is good!
I cannot wait for the second part to come out!
Jade if you're reading this...as always you did an amazing job! By far one of my favorite authors! I've made it my mission to read every book that you have wrote (I think I have a few more left)!
A great change from the norm. A pleasant surprise that kept me reading till It was finished. The author does a great job keeping the story flowing and also with lots of great twist and turns. Well written with a twat. Job well done!! A must read that only gets better with every page turned.
I enjoyed this book . It's one of those books that doesn't bore you at all and you just want to keep reading. The storyline about Kwon, Roxie, Korea, and his operation was different for an urban novel which made it more interesting to me. He's creepy as hell. I like how the main characters are all intertwined in some way. I really liked Dianna and Soul a lot.....they're one of those book couples that you want to see make it but the end surprised me so I'm interested in reading what happens next.
